Critical Thinking for the Digital Age

ALT-TEXT empowers citizens, journalists, and educators with the skills to navigate misinformation, understand AI, and protect digital rights in Europe and beyond

How We Work

We build capacity through direct instruction, equipping people with practical skills to recognise manipulation and defend their information environment. We document what happens when systems fail, telling stories that expose the gap between policy and reality. We push back against the forces that erode digital autonomy, working with communities to demand better from the platforms and governments that shape our digital lives.
